Take a look at these two doing thrusters...time to cowboy up boys.
It takes a while to load but it is worth your while. Watch the whole thing.
I find that watching with Windows Media Player is best. If you have the newest version, go to VIEW, ENHANCEMENTS, and then PLAY SPEED SETTINGS. This will give you frame advance so you can slow things down.

The attached video is a good demonstration of proper sculling hand mechanics. Notice how close together the hands are....if your hands seperate the balance will be off or an oar will be deep or washing out onthe drive.
